Delivery and Returns Policy

**If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original unopened condition within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries are returned to us.

**Items on sale are non refundable or exchangeable.

Please note:

**You have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.

**The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

**The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order.

**We will process your return within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

**Please allow 14 working days for refund to show on your bank statement.

Before you send back your return please ensure the following:

**That you have your number attached to arrange refund.

**Please note that items will not be refunded unless they have remained in their original condition when they are returned.

**All faulty – Damaged Items must be reported to us within 5 working days of receiving the garment.
